Their Trevethan Rhubarb and Apple Gin begins life as their exquisite London Dry; then post distillation they add pink rhubarb and Braeburn apples along with the juice of each. The result is beautifully balanced tart and sweet collaboration of fruit flavours.
Tasting notes: The subtle sweetness of rhubarb and apple dominate. It has a softer flavour to the usual tartness of rhubarb gins. Probably the sweetest of our offerings when mixed with tonic.
