Inspired by Cornish Hedgerows and old English desserts. This limited edition is first distilled in Tarquin's Copper Pot Stills and then lovingly infused with ripe gooseberries.

It's perfectly balanced with beautiful sharp tangy notes, then sweet soft fruits tones and a gloriously juicy finish!
